Services
Social and community participation
Making Friends and doing new activities helps us deal with stress, increases happiness and allows us to rebound from health issues more quickly. If you are looking to try a new activity, go to a medical appointment, watch a movie, or simply have a cup of tea and a chat, 3 Hearts can help you to access companionship and the community. We can work with you to create ideas related to your interests, the people that you want to see and the things that you want to do.
The world is your oyster so they say!

Group and Centre-Based Activities
At 3 Hearts, we provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage with their communities and develop new skills through a range of activities funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). These activities are designed to foster independence, cooperation, and social interaction in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Participants can enjoy various indoor activities such as arts and crafts, dance, music, sports, board games, and cooking, as well as outdoor experiences like traveling, attending theatre and music events, visiting beaches and theme parks, and exploring walking trails. These experiences help manage emotions, overcome social challenges like anxiety and self-consciousness, and are crucial for personal growth and community involvement.
